PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further shorten a drying time without causing deformation in the coating when drying the encapsulated granules containing moisture and encapsulated by a coating material for forming the coating when the moisture is dried up using a fluidized bed dryer.SOLUTION: A method for production of encapsulated granules includes: a first drying step of suspending and making encapsulated materials 8 to flow by suppressing theoretical potential evaporation moisture ΔW so as not to cause recesses or deformation on the coating of the encapsulated materials 8, while measuring moisture contained in a venting gas or temperature, after the encapsulated materials 8 are suspended and made to flow using a fluidized bed dryer 20 and a second drying step performed after the measured moisture is decreased more than a predetermined volume or the measured temperature is increased, and setting the theoretical potential evaporation moisture ΔW when the fluidized bed dryer 20 suspends the encapsulated materials in an initial dry state for flowing to be increased in comparison with the first drying step and blowing gas therein.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】水分を含み、水分が乾燥すると皮膜を形成する皮膜材料により被包された被包囲粒状物を、流動層乾燥機により乾燥させる際に皮膜に変形が生じることなく、乾燥時間をより短くする。
