PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-concentration monoclonal antibody formulations.SOLUTION: A high-concentration monoclonal formulation suitable for subcutaneous administration with a pre-filled syringe is provided. The formulation comprises a spray dried monoclonal antibody suspended in a non-aqueous suspension vehicle at a concentration of about 200 mg/ml or more, where the viscosity of the suspension vehicle is less than about 20 centipoise, injection slipping force is about 20 Newton or less, average particle diameter is about 2-30 micron.
