The invention relates to an ultrasonic analyzer and a measuring method thereof. The ultrasonic analyzer includes a detector, an ultrasonic pulser and an ultrasonic receiver. The pulser includes a control unit and driving unit. The control unit provides a plurality of adjustable control signals to the driving unit so that the driving unit can drive the detector based on the adjustable control signals. The detector provides an ultrasonic to a target and the target provides a reflex ultrasonic. Thereafter, the detector receives the reflex ultrasonic and provide a return signal to the ultrasonic receiver.
