The present disclosure provides a plant-derived active ingredient of a composition such as a cosmetic, and provides a plant protoplast fragment as an effective plant-derived active ingredient with remarkably improved functionality and stability. According to the techniques disclosed in the present specification, it is possible to provide the active ingredient having a lamellar structure which can be directly used in external preparation for skin, while containing all intracellular constituents.
