The present invention relates to an exercise machine for scapulohumeral treatment and shoulder exercise method using the same. The present invention includes: a scapula fixing member worn to surround a scapula and fixed to the scapula to be moved along with the scapula； a wearing band member used for mounting the fixing member on the upper body of a patient； a shoulder wearing member mounted on a shoulder of the patient； a shoulder wearing band member connecting and fixing the shoulder wearing member to the scapula fixing member； an arm wearing member connected to the scapula fixing member and the shoulder wearing band member, and mounted on a border between the upper and lower arms of the patient； and a flexible stretching member connecting the scapula fixing member and the arm wearing member, and elastically expanded and contracted. As such, the present invention is capable of improving a frozen shoulder treatment effect by treating frozen shoulder considering exercise rhythms of a scapula and a humerus, which are moved at an angle ratio of 2:1； efficiently treating patients having trouble in shoulders including frozen shoulder； remarkably improving user inconvenience by enabling the patients to do exercise whenever the patient wants； and improving the frozen shoulder treatment effect by enabling the patients to regularly and conveniently do exercise.본 발명은 어깨 위팔 치료용 운동장치 및 이를 이용한 어깨 운동방법에 관한 것으로 날개뼈를 감싸도록 착용되어 날개뼈에 고정되어 날개뼈와 함께 움직이는 날개뼈 고정부재, 상기 날개뼈 고정부재를 환자의 상체에 착용하기 위한 착용밴드부재, 환자의 어깨에 착용되는 어깨 착용부재, 상기 어깨 착용부재를 상기 날개뼈 고정부재와 연결하여 고정시키는 어깨 착용밴드부재, 상기 날개뼈 고정부재 및 상기 어깨 착용밴드부재와 연결되고, 환자의 상완과 하완의 경계부분에 착용되는 팔 착용부재, 상기 날개뼈 고정부재와 상기 팔 착용부재를 연결하며 탄성적으로 신축 가능한 신축 견인부재를 포함하여 어깨의 날깨뼈와 위팔뼈가 2:1의 각도 비율로 움직이는 날개뼈와 위팔뼈의 운동 리듬을 고려하여 치료함으로써 오십견 치료의 효과를 향상시키며 오십견을 포함한 어깨 질환을 가지고 있는 환자들을 효율적으로 치료할 수 있고, 환자가 착용하여 간편하게 사용할 수 있어 환자가 원하는 시간에 간편하게 운동할 수 있어 사용 편의성을 크게 향상시키고, 수시로 간편하게 운동할 수 있어 오십견에 대한 치료효과를 향상시킨다.
