PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a medical image enabling the result of measurement to be effectively utilized for diagnosis.SOLUTION: A motion vector calculating part 30d calculates motion vectors in each of a plurality of medical images in the chronological order stored in a medical image storage part 30c. A corrected image creating part 30e creates a corrected image based on the motion vectors so that the position of a concerned region coincides with each other. A measurement permitted region determining part 30f determines a measurement permitted region in the corrected image based on the motion vectors. A display control part 30g controls a measurement impossible region other than the measurement permitted region in the target corrected image for measurement to be turned dark and displayed in a display part 30b.
