Pedicular fixing device contains case, possessing proximal head part for fixation of orthopaedic device for stabilisation of vertebral column and distal rod part, made with possibility of fixation in vertebra. Case of said device has longitudinal channel, passing distally from proximal end, and at least one hole, extending from longitudinal channel outwards. Pedicular fixing device contains liquefiable element, to be inserted or inserted into longitudinal channel, and, at least partially liquefied under action of energy, influencing from proximal side, in such a way that liquefiable material leaks from longitudinal channel through at least one said hole into structures of solid tissue and/or material, substituting solid tissue. Said rod part does not have thread and has non-round transverse section. Rod part is twisted into spiral in such a way that range of angle of screwing pedicular fixing device along its entire length is within the interval from 10° to 270°.
