PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a conventional mat which generates a far-infrared ray and uses a far-infrared ray substance as a particulate matter is liable to be collapsed in shape when the mat is stored, a plane heater is indispensable as heating means, the conventional mat cannot be used as a normal mat due to a special constitution as a mat, and furthermore, a mat using a far-infrared ray generation sheet which generates a far-infrared ray does not comprise heating means, and is small in a generation amount of a far-infrared ray.SOLUTION: A nonwoven-fabric constriction expansion prevention material 7 is applied on a PE film 6b stacked on a PET film 6a, carbon powder is applied thereon, and the nonwoven-fabric constriction expansion prevention material is made to a heating body, a nonwoven-fabric constriction expansion prevention material 9 is applied on the carbon powder, and after that, a film heater 4 constituted by laminating a PET film 10b and a PET film 10a is assembled into a mat used in a bed for massage. This assembling is positioned at a lower face of an outer coating at the uppermost layer of a content of the mat, and fixed as the mat content. The heating body 8 conducts a current via an electrode 11 to generate heat, and the generated far-infrared ray quickly heats a person who is applied with massage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【目的】従来の遠赤外線を発生するマットで遠赤外線発生物質を粒状物とするものはマットに納めた状態で形がくずれ易く、又加熱手段として面状ヒータが必要でマットとしては特別な構成で通常のマットに適用出来ない。また、遠赤外線を発生するとされる遠赤外線発生シートを用いるマットは加熱手段を備えておらず、遠赤外線の発生はわずかである。【構成】PETフィルム6a上に重ねたPEフィルム6b上に不織布の収縮膨張防止材7を施した上にカーボン粉末を塗布して発熱体とし、カーボン粉末上に不織布の収縮膨張防止材9を施し、その上にPETフィルム10b、PETフィルム10aをラミネートして構成したフィルムヒータ4をマッサージ用ベッドに用いるマットに仕組む。この仕組はマットの中身の最上層で外被の下面に位置してマット内容物と固定する。電極11を通じて発熱体8は通電発熱し、生じた遠赤外線は被施術者を直ちに加熱する。【選択図】 図1
