A medicine package with instructions includes a slice body having a plurality of accommodation spaces with a proper depth arranged in rows and columns. After medicines are accommodated in the plurality of accommodation spaces, a film is attached to a surface of the slice body. Marks of dates and time for taking medicines corresponding to different accommodation spaces are arranged on edges of the slice body. The marks can be characters, symbols, colors, or braille codes. When a patient is trying to take a medicine, the medicine is simply taken out by breaking the film of the corresponding accommodation space according to the marks.
