PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visually recognize respective portions in an anterior eye segment.SOLUTION: The anterior eye segment imaging device includes: a light projecting optical system for projecting infrared light and visible light onto an anterior eye segment an imaging optical system for allowing an imaging device to pick up an anterior eye segment image illuminated by the light projecting optical system and an image acquisition means for acquiring an anterior eye segment image by the synthesis of the infrared light and the visible light, on the basis of an imaging signal to be output from the imaging device by projecting the visible light and the infrared light from the light projecting optical system. The infrared light and the visible light may be projected at different timings or simultaneously.
