PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a noxious animal repelling device which can generate repelling sounds that are effective to noxious animals having learning ability.SOLUTION: A noxious animal repelling device includes an ultrasonic signal generating part comprising an ultrasonic signal oscillation means, a control means, a sound pressure adjusting means, and an audio output means. A plurality of ultrasonic speakers are provided. The ultrasonic speakers comprise a plurality of ultrasonic speaker sequences that output ultrasound through the respective sound pressure adjusting means and audio output means. Phase difference adjusting means are respectively provided to the ultrasonic speaker sequences other than the ultrasonic speaker sequence with a reference phase.
