PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful animal capture device improving safety in installation by omitting elastic force such as a coil spring, facilitating the installation work by simplifying the configuration of the device itself, and capturing a target harmful animal at high probability.SOLUTION: The harmful animal capture device 10 of the present invention includes: a cylindrical member 12 to be buried in a hole formed on the ground flat plate-shaped slip stoppers 14 and 16 for being engaged with the periphery of the cylindrical portion 12 a wire member 22 having on one end thereof a trap portion 18 that is formed annularly along an outer circumference edge of the slip stopper 14, and the other end thereof connected to a connecting object 20.
