A medication dispensing device comprising: a medication container 30 which houses a powdered drug； a medication container housing unit 3 in which a plurality of medication containers is stored； a container moving means 5； and a wrapping device 6. The container moving means 5 includes a container holder means for holding the medication container 30, a transport means for moving the container holder means, and a discharge mechanism for discharging the powdered drug from the medication container, wherein the medication container 30 stored in the medication container housing unit 3 is extracted by the container moving means 5, the medication container is moved to a predetermined position by the transport means while the medication container is held by the holder means of the container moving means 5, and, with the medication container being held by the container holder means of the container moving means, the powdered drug is discharged from the medication container by the discharge mechanism.本發明係開發一種藥劑配發裝置，能夠更迅速、更準確地分包藥劑，且能夠不減少可收容之藥劑容器數量而謀求裝置整體之小型化；該藥劑配發裝置係包括：收容散劑之藥劑容器（30）、保管多個藥劑容器之藥劑容器收容部（3）、容器移動裝置（5）及包裝裝置（6）；容器移動裝置（5）係具有：保持藥劑容器（30）之容器保持組件、使容器保持組件移動之輸送結構、以及使散劑從藥劑容器中排出之排出結構；藉由容器移動裝置（5）取出藥劑容器收容部（3）中所保管之藥劑容器（30），並且藉由容器移動裝置（5）之容器保持組件保持藥劑容器並藉由輸送結構將藥劑容器移動至規定位置，在藉由容器移動裝置之容器保持組件保持著藥劑容器之狀態下，藉由上述排出結構將散劑從藥劑容器中排出。
