A DC-to-AC conversion apparatus converts a DC input power source (Sdc) to a three-phase AC output power source (Sac). The DC-to-AC conversion apparatus includes an input capacitor assembly, a first conversion circuit (11), a second conversion circuit (12), and a control circuit (2). The input capacitor assembly is connected to the DC input power source (Sdc), and has a neutral point (Po). The neutral point (Po) is connected to a first phase sequence (Ph1) of the AC output power source (Sac). The first conversion circuit (11) is connected a second phase sequence (Ph2) and a third phase sequence (Ph3). The second conversion circuit (12) is connected to the first phase sequence (Ph1), the second phase sequence (Ph2), and the third phase sequence (Ph3). The control circuit (2) generates a plurality of control signals to respectively control the first conversion circuit (11) and the second conversion circuit (12), thus converting the DC input power source (Sdc) into the three-phase AC output power source (Sac).
