A dry electrode is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dry electrode, with respect to a dry electrode for applying electrical stimulation in contact with user&prime；s skin, comprises: a main body having a conductive body and a non-conductive cover which surrounds the conductive body in order for a certain area of the conductive body to be exposed； and a patch which can be attached to and detached from an exposed area where the conductive body is exposed in the main body and applies electrical stimulation to the user&prime；s skin by receiving a current from the main body as a patch having one surface in contact with the conductive body and the other surface in contact with the user&prime；s skin, wherein the patch includes a first hydrogel layer in contact with the conductive body, and a second hydrogel layer which has relatively larger impedance compared to the first hydrogel layer and comes in contact with the user&prime；s skin.건식 전극이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 건식 전극은, 사용자의 피부에 접하여 전기적인 자극을 가하는 건식 전극에 있어서, 전도성 바디와, 상기 전도성 바디의 일부 영역이 노출되도록 상기 전도성 바디를 둘러싸는 비전도성 커버를 포함하는 본체； 및 상기 본체 중 상기 전도성 바디가 노출된 영역에 탈부착 가능하며, 일면은 상기 전도성 바디에 접하고 타면은 사용자의 피부에 접하는 패치로서, 상기 본체로부터 전류를 제공받아 사용자의 피부에 전기적인 자극을 가하는 것인, 패치를 포함하고, 상기 패치는, 상기 전도성 바디에 접하는 제1 하이드로겔층과, 상기 제1 하이드로겔층에 비해 상대적으로 큰 임피던스를 가지며 사용자의 피부에 접하는 제2 하이드로겔층을 포함한다.
