1. Antagonist of serotonin 5-HT receptors for use in the treatment of vestibular disorders with damage. 2. The serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist according to claim 1, wherein said serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist is selected from the group consisting of small organic molecules, antibodies and aptamers. The serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist according to claim 2, wherein said serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist is selected from the group consisting of ondansetron, palonosetron, tropisetron, lerisetron, alosetron, granisetron, dolasetron, bernesetron, ramosetron, azasetron, and azasetron, Zakoprid and Cylansetron. 4. The serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist according to claim 3, wherein the serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist is ondansetron. The serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist according to claim 2, wherein said serotonin 5-HT receptor antagonist is a compound of formula (I): wherein R is a C-cycloalkyl- (C) -alkyl group or a C-alkynyl group; and one of the groups represented by R, R and R represents a hydrogen atom or a C-alkyl, C-cycloalkyl, C-alkenyl or phenyl- (C) -alkyl group, and each of the other two groups, which may be the same or different represented by a hydrogen atom or a C-alkyl group; and its physiologically acceptable salts and solvates. 6. An inhibitor of gene expression of serotonin 5-HT receptors for use in the treatment of vestibular lesions with lesions. 7.
