PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that admixture of foreign matter in grain and admixture of grain in tailings occur by an improper angle of inclination of a chaff sieve to a grain sieve.SOLUTION: The threshing apparatus has a constitution that: an air blasting winnower 10 is arranged below a threshing chamber 8 having the under side of a threshing cylinder 7 enclosed with a threshing net 9 a shaking separator 17 for separating grain by air blasting from the air blasting winnower 10 and reciprocating shaking is installed a transport rack part 19 having a transport projection 18 for transporting a threshed material falling from the threshing cylinder 9 is arranged at the starting end of the shaking separation rack 16 of the shaking separator 17 a plurality of presieves 20 connected to the transport rack part 19 and separating grain from foreign matters are arranged in parallel and a plurality of chaff sieves 30 having vertical width different from that of presieves 20 are installed in parallel at the end sides of the presieves 20 and each presieve 20 is interlocked to the chaff sieve 30 so as to regulate the change of angle of inclination.
