The present invention relates to a mousse-type cosmetic composition and, more specifically, to a UV blocking cosmetic composition which has a high sun protection factor and a light feeling of use, is easy to use repeatedly and is convenient to apply to a wide area by being formulated in a mousse form having an excellent foaming power, and has an enhanced waterproof property.
