The invention relates to a multilayered structure used in the destructive disposal of medical active ingredients contained in transdermal therapeutic systems (=TTS). The structure has a multi-layer design and contains at least one layer having agents embedded therein and at least one fiber layer. It may additionally include a protective layer. The structure according to the invention is stored separately from the TTS.
