A film-covered mesh basket-type ureter stone blockage extractor, which is provided with a catheter (1) and a guidewire (2). Mesh basket wires (3) made of a shape memory and super-elastic material are provided at the distal end of the guidewire (2). The distal ends of the mesh basket wires (3) converge at one point to constitute a mesh basket (7). A blocking film (4) is fixed on the mesh basket (7).
