PURPOSE: A high strength focused ultrasonic wave generating device is provided to improve resolution and to facilitate the replacement of piezoelectric ceramics. CONSTITUTION: A high strength focused ultrasonic wave generating device comprises a body unit(110), a focused ultrasonic wave transforming unit(130), and a separation type image acquisition unit(150). The body unit is detachable from a handpiece in a cartridge mode and forms an outer housing. The focused ultrasonic wave transforming unit is installed in the body unit and irradiates high strength focused ultrasonic wave to an operation site.
