The invention relates to a face mask comprising:- a body adapted to fit over at least a part of the face of a user, wherein the body has at least a top side, a bottom side and a plane of reference extending in a vertical direction from the top side to the bottom side；- at least one protrusion for contacting the face of the user, which at least one protrusion is arranged at the body；- vibration means arranged in vibrating contact to the body, wherein the vibrations of the vibration means are transmitted by the body to the at least one protrusion； and- securing means arranged to the body for securing the body to the face of the user.
