PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector for preventing a male connector and a female connector from being separated by twist force transmitted to the connector even when a tube connected to the connector is twisted.
SOLUTION: The medical connector includes: the male connector 10 provided with a male connector body 12, a first tube 14, a hollow needle 16, and a cylindrical part 24 having a projection part 20 to be inserted to the first groove part 18 of the male connector body 12 formed at an upstream end part and having a pawl part 22 projected to the inner side formed at a downstream end part and the female connector 40 provided with a female connector body 42, a second tube 44, a funnel member 46, a rubber member 48 and a pressing member 49 for which a second groove part 54 for locking the pawl part 22 of the cylindrical part 24 of the male connector 10 is formed on the female connector body 42, a third groove part 58 is formed on the outer periphery on the downstream side of the second groove part 54, and a fourth groove part 62 is formed continuously from the third groove part 58.
