PURPOSE: A patch formulation is provided to prevent the end portion from being lifted when taking the patch formulation out from a package and to prevent handling degradation of the patch formulation.CONSTITUTION: A patch formulation (5) consists of a central part (5A) and a peripheral part (5B) surrounding the central part. The patch formulation comprises a formulation main body (3) and a release liner (4). The formulation main body has a support (1) and an adhesive layer (2) containing drugs. The release liner is laminated on the adhesive layer. The release force between the adhesive layer within a predetermined area and the release liner is larger than the release force between the adhesive layer within the central part and the release liner.
