The present invention relates to brushite-based bone cement containing an antibiotic using -TCP and a HAp granule, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to brushite-based bone cement which is produced by making -TCP and HAp into granules, thermally treating the same at a constant temperature, and interfusing an antibiotic, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The brushite-based bone cement containing an antibiotic is formed in paste by using -TCP (Ca_3(PO_4)_2) containing an antibiotic, after being formed in a granule, and being heat-treated at a constant temperature, MCPM (Ca(H_2PO_4)_2H_2O) mixed with the -TCP in a weight ratio of 4-8 : 6-2, and -TCP formed by feeding an adequate amount of a hardening solution into a mixture of the -TCP granule and MCPM.본 발명은 β-TCP와 HAp 과립을 이용한 항생제 함유 brushite계 골 시멘트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 β-TCP와 HAp를 과립으로 만들고 일정온도로 열처리하여 항생제를 침투시켜 조성되는 brushite계 골 시멘트와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서,Brushite계 골 시멘트에 있어서, 과립으로 형성되고 일정온도로 열처리된 후 항생제가 담지된 β-TCP(Ca3(PO4)2)와, 상기β-TCP와 4~8:6~2의 중량비로 혼합되는 MCPM(Ca(H2PO4)2H2O)과, 상기 β-TCP 과립과 MCPM의 혼합물에 적정량의 경화액이 투입되어 페이스트로 형성되는 β-TCP를 이용한 항생제 함유 Brushite계 골 시멘트를 제공한다.
