PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform securement of a treatment space through exclusion of organs and ejection of aerosol simultaneously.SOLUTION: An exclusion device 10 includes: a long and thin insertion part 3 capable of being inserted into the living body cavity an exclusion part 4 which is set at the tip of the insertion part 3 and has an exclusion surface 6A arranged touching the surface of the organs in the body cavity and a suction surface 6B having a suction port 6b opening a suction passage 7 having the suction port 6b at the tip and extends to the base end side of the insertion part 3 and a suction part 2 which is arranged in the side near the base end of the insertion part 3 to suck inside of the suction passage 7.
