PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a norovirus deactivator which is effective for normal viruses including influenza viruses and noroviruses having no envelope as well and has high safety.
SOLUTION: The norovirus deactivator comprises 0.01-5.0 mass% 1,4-bis[3,3-(1-decylpyridinium)methyloxy]butane dibromide (a), 20-60 mass% lower alcohol (b), and water (c) and is compounded with 0.01-2.0 mass% plant extract deodorant (d). More preferably, the plant extract deodorant (d) is a sugar cane extract.
