In the present invention, provided is a composition, in which caffeine with low solubility is mixed with nicotinamide and vanillin, thereby enabling nicotinamide and vanillin to increase solubility of caffeine and preventing eduction while having a high stability wherein the composition including nicotinamide and vanillin can significantly increase solubility of caffeine even though small amount of the composition is used compared with treating nicotinamide and vanillin respectively in the caffeine, thereby having a good effect of removing cellulite and being used in food, cosmetic and medical fields.본 발명에 따른 조성물은 용해도가 낮은 카페인을 니아신아미드 및 바닐린과 함께 조성물에 함유함으로써, 니아신아미드 및 바닐린이 카페인의 용해도를 증가시키고 석출을 방지하여 높은 안정도를 가지는 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 더욱이, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 니아신아미드 및 바닐린을 함께 포함함으로써 카페인에 니아신아미드 또는 바닐린을 각각 처리하는 경우보다 더 소량을 사용하면서도 카페인의 용해도를 현저히 증가시키는 상승효과를 제공할 수 있다. 이로써 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 우수한 지방분해 촉진 또는 셀룰라이트 제거 효과를 제공할 수 있으므로, 식품분야뿐만 아니라 화장료 및 의약 분야에서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
