The present invention relates to a Staphylococcus aureus-specific novel monoclonal antibody, hybridoma for producing the same, a detection composition containing the same, and a detection method and a detection kit including the same. The monoclonal antibody according to the present invention can selectively recognize only Staphylococcus aureus in a sample so as to be usefully used for the detection diagnosis of Staphylococcus aureus.본 발명은 스타필로코커스 아우레우스에 특이적인 신규한 단클론 항체, 이를 생산하는 하이브리도마, 이를 포함하는 검출용 조성물, 검출 방법 및 검출 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단클론 항체는 시료 내의 스타필로코커스 아우레우스(Staphylococcus aureus)만을 선별적으로 인지할 수 있어, 스타필로코커스 아우레우스 검출 진단에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
