A thrombolysis catheter includes an elongate catheter body having a plurality of spray orifices formed in a body wall, and communicating with a fluid lumen longitudinally extending in the elongate catheter body. Un tel cathéter à thrombolyse comporte un corps de cathéter de forme allongée présentant une pluralité dorifices de pulvérisation réalisés dans une paroi du corps, et communiquant avec une lumière à fluide se présentant longitudinalement dans le corps de cathéter de forme allongée. La pluralité dorifices de pulvérisation définit une configuration de jets de pulvérisation induisant un couple, une pression en retour des jets de pulvérisation sortant par les orifices de pulvérisation induisant un couple sexerçant sur le corps de cathéter de forme allongée.
