The present invention relates to a method for producing a medicinal herb mixture ensuring enhanced extractable content of insoluble components by pulverizing herb medicinal ingredients into microparticles using a cryogenic micro grinding technology (CMGT). According to the present invention, by using the CMGT, four types of herb medicinal ingredients included in a Samultang (a traditional medicine for premenstrual and menopausal syndrome in women) can be obtained, which are: Rehmanniae Radix Preparata powder with particle size of 5-10 μm； Paeonia japonica (Makino) Miyabe & Takeda powder with particle size of 4-8 μm； cnidium powder with particle size of 3-7 μm； and dong quai powder with particle size of 3-7 μm. The obtained herb medicinal herb mixture has high extractable content of insoluble and lipophilic components of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Paeonia japonica (Makino) Miyabe & Takeda, cnidium, and dong quai, thereby maximizing effectiveness of herb medicinal ingredients.본 발명은 극저온 초미세분쇄법(Cryogenic Micro Grinding Technology: CMGT)을 이용하여 한약재를 마이크로 입자로 분쇄함으로써, 불용성 성분의 추출 함량을 증가시킨 한약재 혼합물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 사물탕에 포함되는 4가지 약재를 극저온 초미세분쇄법을 이용하여 입도 5~10㎛의 숙지황 분말, 입도 4~8㎛의 백작약 분말, 입도 3~7㎛의 천궁 분말, 입도 3~7㎛의 당귀 분말을 얻을 수 있고, 얻어진 한약재 혼합물은 숙지황, 백작약, 천궁 및 당귀의 불용성, 지용성 성분의 추출 함량이 높아 약재의 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
