The present invention provides a kit comprising, in separate compartments of a container, the following components (a) and (b): (a) a combination of apomorphine or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier； and (b) a solution which comprises a diluent and a pH modifying agent； the components being presented such that they can be combined at the point of use into a formulation which is adjusted to a pH ranging from mildly acidic to alkaline and which is suitable for buccal administration. The formulation is useful in treating Parkinson's disease and in promoting sexual function.La présente invention concerne un kit comprenant, dans les compartiments séparés d’un conteneur, les composants suivants (a) et (b) : (a) une association d’apomorphine ou son sel d’addition acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable et d’un excipient ou véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable ； et (b) une solution qui comprend un diluant et un régulateur de pH ； les composants étant présentés de façon telle que l’on peut les associer dés l’emploi dans une formulation ajustée à un pH allant d’une forme légèrement acide à une forme alcaline et qui est adaptée à l’administration buccale. La formulation est utile dans le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson et dans la promotion de la fonction sexuelle.
