Combination therapy regimens including liposomal irinotecan, oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil are useful in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, including treatment of patients diagnosed with previously untreated metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. The combination therapy can include the administration of liposomal irinotecan, oxaliplatin, leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil once every two weeks.L'invention concerne des protocoles de traitement d'association comprenant de l'irinotécan liposomal, de l'oxaliplatine et du 5-fluorouracile utilisables dans le traitement du cancer du pancréas, dont le traitement de patients atteints d'un adénocarcinome du pancréas métastatique non traité antérieurement. Le traitement d'association peut comprendre l'administration d'irinotécan liposomal, d'oxaliplatine, de leucovorine et de 5-fluorouracile une fois toutes les deux semaines.
