The present invention relates to an administration method of GX-H9, which is a human growth hormone-fused protein for treatment of growth hormone deficiency. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating growth hormone deficiency, comprising GX-H9, which is a hGH-fused protein, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, in which the fused protein (GX-H9) is administered at a dose of 0.4-1.6 mg per kg of body weight of a paediatric patient once a week, or at a dose of 0.8-3.2 mg per kg of body weight of a paediatric patient once every two weeks. Additionally, the present invention relates to a method of treating growth hormone deficiency, which comprises a step of administrating, to a patient having growth hormone deficiency, GX-H9, which is a hGH-fused protein, at a dose of 0.4-1.6 mg per kg of body weight of the patient once a week, or at a dose of 0.8-3.2 mg per kg of body weight of the patient once every two weeks.본 발명은 성장호르몬 결핍을 치료하기 위한 인간 성장호르몬 융합 단백질인 GX-H9의 투여 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 hGH 융합단백질인 GX-H9 및 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 포함하고, 상기 융합 단백질(GX-H9)가 소아환자의 체중 kg 당 0.4 내지 1.6 mg의 투여량으로 주 1회 투여되거나 또는 소아환자의 체중 kg 당 0.8 내지 3.2 mg의 투여량으로 2주 1회 투여되는, 성장호르몬 결핍을 치료하기 위한 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 성장호르몬이 결핍된 환자에게 hGH 융합단백질인 GX-H9를 환자의 체중 kg 당 0.4 내지 1.6 mg의 투여량으로 주 1회 투여하거나 또는 환자의 체중 kg 당 0.8 내지 3.2 mg의 투여량으로 2주 1회 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 성장호르몬 결핍을 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
