A mushroom cultivation system includes a shading body, a breathable layer, and a water spray assembly. The shading body defines a cultivation space and is formed with an opening communicating with the cultivation space. The breathable layer covers the opening in a removable manner. The water spray assembly includes a spray pipe, and an irrigation fluid. The spray pipe is disposed in the cultivation space, and the irrigation fluid is combined with a gas under pressure and then accommodated in the spray pipe so that the irrigation fluid can be sprayed out from the spray pipe. The cultivation space defined by the shading body is able to accommodate a growing bag, so that a staff can be isolated from the growing bag and therefore is no need to be in direct contact with the environment required for mushroom cultivation. Moreover, the breathable layer allows air circulation between the cultivation space and an external environment and is replaceable.
