In the present invention, provided are an enteric coating composition, an enteric coating layer and a food formulation thereof wherein the disclosed enteric coating composition includes an enteric cellulose based compound, a pH adjuster and a solvent and a plasticizer for food wherein the plasticizer for food includes acetylated monoglyceride, triacetin or a mixture thereof wherein the plasticizer and the pH adjuster for food are 10-20 parts by weight and 5-25 parts by weight respectively with respect to 100 parts by weight of the enteric cellulose based compound.장용성 코팅 조성물, 장용성 코팅막 및 식품 제제가 개시된다. 개시된 장용성 코팅 조성물은 장용성 셀룰로오스계 화합물, pH 조절제, 식품용 가소제 및 용매를 포함하고, 상기 식품용 가소제는 아세틸화 모노글리세리드, 트리아세틴 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 pH 조절제의 함량 및 상기 식품용 가소제의 함량은 상기 장용성 셀룰로오스계 화합물 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 각각 10~40중량부 및 5~25중량부이다.
