An inhaler comprising a source of an inhalable composition. An outlet flow path 10 for the composition is provided as a composition outlet at the outlet end of the inhaler from the source. Means (12, 13, 14) are provided for generating a flow of the composition from the source out of the composition outlet and along the outlet flow path when suction is applied to the outlet end. A pair of air outlets 21 at the outlet end are arranged on the opposite side of the composition outlet where air is drawn into each air jet when suction is applied to the outlet end.
