PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotracheal tube, when the endotracheal tube is inserted by retrograde intubation, having a reduced possibility that an opening part at a distal portion may collide with or be caught by an organ provided on the way.SOLUTION: An endotracheal tube 1 includes: a tube body 10 and a bevel opening part 11 that is one of both-end openings of the tube body and inclined to an axial direction of the tube body. The endotracheal tube 1 includes, at a forefront of the bevel opening, a long hole part 20 that penetrates through the inside of a side wall into a tunnel shape from a tube end opening 21 that is opened to a peripheral wall 15 of the bevel opening to a side-wall opening 22 that is opened at least outward from the side wall of the tube body.
