A demountable gymnastic apparatus for backbone traction and muscular training contains the flexible panel for placing the body of the patient. The panel may be installed at varying angles relative to the horizontal plane. The lower side of the flexible panel (7) rests on the floor with the lower rest (8) with the rubber extensions. The size of the lower rest exceeds the width of the panel by the length of the rubber extensions. The upper side of the panel (4) with the clamping plate containing the opening for the rope (2) rests on the support with the aid of the hooks or is suspended onto the rope (1). The panel is equipped with the movable bracket (3) with two pairs of handles (24, 25). The lower pair of handles (25) is located on the bracket (3) below the frontal surface of the flexible panel. The upper pair (24) is located on the bracket (3) above the frontal surface of the flexible panel. The bracket (3) with the handles (24, 25) is capable of being displaced along the surface of the panel and contains the lock (26) for being fixed onto the panel. The retainer plate at the back of the panel (5) with the openings is used for fixation of the bracket (3) and keeping the fixed slope of the panel.
