Disclosed is an electronic telescopic structure of a flexible endoscope. The electronic telescopic structure comprises an operating handle (8). An end of the operating handle (8) is provided with a hole in a clearance fit with a hard working sheath (1). The hard working sheath (1) which passes out of the hole and can extend and retract in the operating handle (8) is arranged in the operating handle (8). The hard working sheath (1) is internally provided with soft sheaths (7, 9) capable of moving relative to same. A gear drive mechanism is fixed in the operating handle (8). An output end of the gear drive mechanism is connected to a gear (2). An outer surface of the hard working sheath (1) is axially provided with a rack (3) engaging with the gear (2). The rotation of the gear (2) is driven by means of a micro electric motor (4), and the gear (2) drives the extension and retraction of the hard working sheath (1). The extension and retraction of the hard working sheath (1) can be artificially controlled only by controlling the forward and backward rotation of the micro electric motor (4) by means of a switch (6). The extension and retraction length of the hard working sheath (1) can be precisely controlled by means of reading the length graduation on the hard working sheath (1).
