More specifically, the present invention provides a drying apparatus for drying plants in an electric heating method, which comprises a dryer body, which consists of a ceramic heating plate positioning plants thereon, an upper heating unit for delivering heat to the ceramic heating plate and a control unit for controlling the power supply delivered to the upper heating unit and a pressurizing unit hinged to the dryer body to be rotatable and pressurizing the plants arranged on the ceramic heating plate.
