The present invention relates to an antimicrobial dressing, the antimicrobial dressing comprising: a first cover member which has a plurality of pores formed thereon and makes contact with a wound an antimicrobial membrane which is laminated to the first cover member, has a plurality of pores formed thereon, and is made by the accumulation of nanofibers containing synthetic polymers, water-soluble polymers that dissolve in an exudate secreting from the wound, and antimicrobial substances released by the dissolution of the water-soluble polymers and a second cover member which is laminated to the antimicrobial membrane, has a plurality of pores formed thereon, and is exposed to outside air.Linvention concerne un pansement antimicrobien, qui comprend: un premier élément de recouvrement sur lequel sont formés une pluralité de pores et qui vient au contact dune plaie une membrane antimicrobienne stratifiée sur le premier élément de couverture, sur laquelle sont formés une pluralité de pores, et qui est constituée par laccumulation de polymères synthétiques contenant des nanofibres, des polymères solubles dans leau qui se dissolvent dans une sécrétion dexsudat de la plaie, et des substances antimicrobiennes libérées par la dissolution des polymères solubles dans leau et un second élément de recouvrement stratifié sur la membrane antimicrobienne, sur lequel sont formés une pluralité de pores, et qui est exposé à lair extérieur.본 발명은 항균 드레싱에 관한 것으로, 항균 드레싱은 다수의 기공이 형성되고, 상처에 접촉되는 제1커버부재 상기 제1커버부재에 합지되어 있고, 다수의 기공이 형성되어 있고 상기 상처에서 분비되는 삼출물에 용해되는 수용성 고분자, 합성 고분자 및 상기 수용성 고분자의 용해로 릴리즈(release)되는 항균 물질을 함유하는 나노 섬유가 축적되어 만들어진 항균 멤브레인 및 상기 항균 멤브레인에 합지되어 있고, 다수의 기공이 형성되어 있으며, 외기에 노출되는 제2커버부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
