A connector having: a connector main body (10) comprising a flow path (17) an interpolation body (23) having a tip that becomes a connection opening (24) for the flow path (17) a valve body (22) formed using an elastic body, that is arranged at the tip of the interpolation body (23) and blocks the connection opening (24) and a cap (21) that, together with the interpolation body (23), sandwiches the valve body (22). The valve body (22) is characterized by having: a valve main body section (30) comprising slits (32, 33) an inside protruding section (35) formed in a ring shape having a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the interpolation body (23), and protruding from a bottom surface (30b) of the valve main body section (30) and a pair of outside protruding sections (36) arranged point-symmetrically using the axial center of the inside protruding section (35) as the center, each protruding from the bottom surface (30b) further on the outside in the radial direction than the inside protruding section (35), and arranged on the inside of the interpolation body (23).
