PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cannula for a vitrectomy with a structure preventing a dropout and allowing a stable fixation, which solves problems that the cannula could be dropped out to keep a tool bowed, and a vitreous body in the periphery difficult for a resection during an operation because the operation tool is extremely thin despite minimal invasiveness and less strain on a patients body in the vitrectomy of especially 25-gauge transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy system.SOLUTION: A shaft part of the cannula for the vitrectomy is provided with a step, which allows the step to be a resistance and prevents its dropout during the operation when the cannula for the vitrectomy is moving outward by the movement of the tool inserted therein or an intraocular pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】硝子体手術、とくに25ゲージシステムによる経結膜無縫合硝子体手術は、低侵襲であり患者への負担は軽いが、手術器具が非常に細いため、術中にカニューラが脱落する、器具がしなる、周辺部の硝子体が切除しにくいなどの欠点があった。本発明の目的は、上記問題点を解消するため、脱落を防止し、安定した固定を可能とするための構造を備えた硝子体手術用カニューラを提供することである。【解決手段】硝子体手術用カニューラのシャフト部にステップを設けたことにより、術中に、内部に挿入した器具の動きや眼圧によって該硝子体手術用カニューラが外部に向いて移動しようとした際に、該ステップが抵抗となり、脱落防止の効果を示した。【選択図】 図2
