Disclosed herein is a malate salt and a camsylate salt of 8-fluoro-2-{ 4-[(methylamino)methyl] phenyl} -1 ,3,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-azepino[5,4,3-cd]indol-6-one, wherein the polymorphic forms are characterised by XRPD, 13C solid state NMR, and 19F solid state NMR, and the use thereof in the treatment of cancer. In one embodiment the maleate salt or camsylate salt is crystalline, more specifically a crystalline anhydrous salt.
