The present invention relates to a composition containing algicidal activity components and, more specifically, to a composition containing the algicidal activity components including a quinolone-based compound or a pyran-based compound separated from alteromonas sp. KNS-16. The present invention is characterized by containing the algicidal activity components separated from the alteromonas sp. KNS-16. The algicidal activity component is one quinolone-based compound among 2-undecene-1'-yl-4-quinolone (1) or 2-undecyl-4 quinolone (2). Additionally, the algicidal activity component is one pyran-based compound among 3-hexyl-6-pentyl-4-hydroxyl-2H- pyran-2-one (3) or 6- heptyl-3-hexyl-4-hydroxyl-2H-one (4).본 발명은 조류 고사 성분을 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 올터로모나스 속 KNS-16으로부터 분리된 퀴놀론계 화합물 또는 피란계 화합물을 포함하는 조류 고사성분을 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 올터로모나스 속 KNS-16으로부터 분리되는 조류 고사 유효성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.상기 조류 고사 유효성분은 2-운데센-1´-일-4-퀴놀론(1) 또는 2-운데실-4-퀴놀론(2) 중 어느 하나의 퀴놀론계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기 조류 고사 유효성분은 3-헥실-6-pentyl-4-하이드록실-2H-피란-2-원(3) 또는 6-헵틸-3-헥실-4-하이드록실-2H-피란-2-원(4) 중 어느 하나의 피란계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 한다.
