PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet litter box which makes cleaning work easy and is sanitary and further economical.SOLUTION: The litter box includes: a container-shaped litter box body 10 having an opening at the top, and configured to placing litter box sand (absorbent particles) 20 at the bottom； and a partition lid 30 provided above the litter box sand 20 placed and vertically dividing the litter box body 10. The partition lid 30 has multiple open holes 31 penetrating in the depth direction. After a pet finishes excretion on the partition lid 30, the partition lid 30 is removed to remove dirty litter box sand 20 from the litter box body 10. New litter box sand 20 corresponding to the same amount that has been removed is supplemented, and the removed partition lid 30 is mounted again.
