PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fibrous mat including PLGA and PCL composite is provided to enhance biocompatibility, thereby being applicable to various systems engineering as materials.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fibrous mat including PLGA and PCL composite comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture of THF(tetrahydrofuran) and PLGA(poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)) manufacturing a mixture of MC(methyl chloride) and PCL(polycaprolactone) and manufacturing a fibrous mat by mixing and electro spinning two manufactured solutions. A mixing ratio of PCL and PLGA is 5~40:95~60d and a mixing ratio of PCL and PLGA is 10:90, 20:80 or 30:70. If a mixing ratio of PLGA and PCL is 5~15:85~95, a diameter more than 60% of the fiber which comprises the fibrous mat is about 400~600 nm, and if a mixing ratio of PLGA and PCL is 15~25:85~75, a diameter more than 60% of the fiber which comprises the fibrous mat is about 800~1200 nm.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명에 따른 섬유상 매트의 제조방법은, PLGA(poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid))와 THF(tetrahydrofuran)의 혼합용액을 제조하는 공정 PCL(polycaprolactone)과 MC(methylchloride)의 혼합용액을 제조하는 공정 및 제조된 두 용액을 혼합하고 전기방사하여 섬유상 매트를 제조하는 공정을 포함하며, 상기섬유상 매트는 생체적합성과 기계적 특성이 우수하고, 조직공학용 생체재료로 다양하게 활용 가능하다.
