SYRINGE A syringe is provided. The syringe includes a barrel, a needle assembly and a plunger. The barrel includes a tapered section at an end of the barrel. The barrel defines an inner space. The needle assembly includes an adapter, a needle base and a needle. The adapter is detachably disposed in the tapered section. The needle base is assembled to the adapter. The needle is disposed on an end of the needle base remote from the adapter. A code is disposed on an outer face of the adapter. The code is a height-differentiated structure engraved by a mold with which the adapter is molded and manufactured. The plunger includes a resilient piston and a push member. The resilient piston is slidably disposed in the inner space of the barrel. An end of the push member is disposed through the resilient piston.
