PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer cuff capable of measuring the blood pressure value accurately and in a short period of time if the device is enlarged.SOLUTION: The sphygmomanometer cuff 100A includes a bag-shaped exterior cover enclosing an air bag 150. The exterior cover includes an inner cover member 130 and an outer cover member 120, which includes a first outer cloth 121 and a second outer cloth 122 layered on each other in the direction of thickness. The first outer cloth 121 and the second outer cloth 122 are made of a fabric hard to stretch in one of two vertical and horizontal orthogonally crossing directions as seen from the top, and easy to stretch in the other direction.
